General Refund Policy

At TRUESign Signature Services, LLC, we are committed to providing professional, reliable signature and notary services. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible regarding cancellations and refunds.

All payments made to TRUESign Signature Services, LLC are considered final. Due to the nature of our mobile and scheduled services, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered or if a client fails to appear at a scheduled appointment.

 

Wedding Services Refund Policy

For wedding-related services (including officiating, notarizing wedding documents, or other ceremony-related services):

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled wedding date will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made, minus any non-refundable deposit (if applicable).

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled wedding date are not eligible for a refund, as we reserve that time and date exclusively for your event and may have turned away other bookings.

 

No-Shows and Last-Minute Cancellations

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or cancellations made on the day of the service are non-refundable under all circumstances.
