I’m Dr. Monica Whitson-Jones, owner of TrueSign Signature Services LLC, and the founder of EmpowerHer Leadership Collective-Columbia. I believe that professionalism is about more than completing a service—it’s about creating an experience built on trust, integrity, and genuine care for people.
At TrueSign Signature Services, my goal is simple: to provide dependable professional services while helping people put their best signature on the next chapter of their lives.
For more than 20 years, I have been helping people move forward in their careers and professional lives. My background includes career readiness, workforce development, job coaching, career coaching, resume development, job placement, case management, and professional development.
Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including veterans and individuals with disabilities, while partnering with employers, community agencies, educational institutions, and workforce organizations to create pathways to opportunity.
I founded TrueSign Signature Services LLC to bring that same commitment to service into a business centered on professionalism, integrity, and personal connection. From mobile notary services and wedding officiating to resume development and career coaching, TrueSign is about helping people confidently navigate life's important moments and next steps.
